License Agreement and Official Terms and Conditions between Red Sports Limited (hereinafter called the 'Company') and the player (hereinafter called the 'User') for the use of the company's gaming system (Gold Club Casino). Gold Club Casino is operated by Red Sports . Red Sports Limited registered address is Red Sports Limited, Apartment 21, Suite 38, Charles Court, St. Luke's Road, Pieta, Malta.

Please read this agreement carefully and make sure that you fully understand the contents. The Company reserves the right to change the License Agreement and the Terms and Conditions from time to time.

This license agreement and the terms and conditions apply to both the Company and you as User. The Company agrees to provide the User with the services listed below. By pressing the 'I AGREE' button when entering the Company's gaming system, the User states that each time he/she enters the gaming system, participate in the Games, and accept any prize, the User represents that he/she fully understands the License Agreement, the Terms and Conditions (including any revisions which may periodically take place), and how the Company's gaming system operates.

The User agrees to act in accordance with all of the following clauses:

1 General

1.1 Gold Club Casino reserves the right to change these terms and conditions including any of the Game Rules at any time and without prior notice. We will do our outmost to inform our Players should there be major modifications to the Terms & Conditions. Nevertheless, it is the Player's responsibility to regularly check for any changes. Should the Player, due to any possible changes, not wish to continue using the services of Gold Club Casino anymore, he can withdraw all available funds and close the account.

1.2 In the case of any disputes between the English language version of the terms and conditions and versions in other languages, the English language version shall prevail. Rules, guidelines, offers and any other information on this website may be presented in several languages for information purposes only.

2 License Agreement

2.1 The Games and the Company's gaming system are licensed and regulated by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) of Malta. Class 1 on Class 4 license, numbered LGA/CL1/778/2010, effective date Mar 2nd, 2010.

2.2 The Company grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to use the Company's software and Internet gambling service. The User may use the software on any computer at which he/she is the primary user.

2.3 The sale, transfer and/or acquisition of accounts by other means to/ from other players is prohibited. In the event of strong evidence for this, accounts shall be immediately closed.

2.4 The registration of a player may be refused or closed at the operator’s sole discretion. However, obligations already made will be honoured.

2.5 Users have the right to close their account at any time. If a user wants wishes to have his/ her account temporarily or permanently closed, he/ she is to contact support@goldclubcasino.com and to state clearly whether the account is to be closed irrevocable or for a period of time.

2.6 The User may not copy the software or written materials associated with the gaming system. The license cannot be assigned or transferred to anyone but the original User. The User may not sub-license, nor assign or transfer this license, nor rent or lease any portion of the casino system. The User may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or make any attempt to discover the source code, or create derivative works based on the gaming system.

2.7 Commercial use of the Company's gaming system is strictly forbidden. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment. Before the User participates at the Company's gaming system, he/she is responsible to verify the laws on gambling which govern the place where the gaming system is used to determine whether there exists any restrictions and also act in accordance with such restrictions.

2.8 The Company's gaming system in full title, all pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, text, and the software in full are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly forbidden, and violators will be prosecuted.

2.9 The User agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all use of the Company's gaming system through his/her Login, Password, and Security Code. The User is obliged to keep his/her Login, Password, and Security Code secret and confidential. The User shall not allow any other person or third party; including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse User's account, accept any prize, or participate in the Games. Any unauthorized use of the Login, Password, or Security Code shall be the sole responsibility of the User and be deemed as his/her use. Any liability originating from such use shall be that of the User.

2.10 The User fully accepts that all computer instructions and responses sent over the Internet to and from the Company's gaming system and the client software will be binding to the User. (In order to understand how to use the Company's gaming system, the User can access the software's help file.) The User fully accepts and agrees that random number generator software will determine the outcome of the games offered by the Company's gaming system (hereinafter called 'Games').

2.11 In order to make bets and wagers in the Games the User transfer funds to and from its internet gaming account to and from the Company's gaming system. The User accepts and authorizes the Company to instruct the company managing the internet gaming account to manage such deposits and withdrawals.

2.12 The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager made in the Games and the User is prohibited to place a wager greater than the available funds in his/her internet gaming account.

2.13 The Company reserves the right to withhold payment of any funds if suspicion or evidence of manipulation with the Company's gaming system arises. Charges will be brought against any User or any third party who has manipulated, or tried to manipulate, the Company's gaming system.

3 Terms of Use

3.1 Gold Club Casino allows only one account per person. Any subsequent accounts opened under the same personal details and/or IP address that are found to be related to any existing account may be closed immediately and any bets will be voided at Gold Club Casino’s discretion. Gold Club Casino reserves the right to reclaim any winnings awarded to a duplicate account.

3.2 The User shall be responsible to keep all his personal details in his player account up to date him/ herself.

3.3 The User shall abide by any and all rules in the Games as set out in connection with the Games and/or in the corresponding help files.

3.4 In the event of technical issues such as games being aborted, all Users’ transactions are always accurately recorded on our system. Kindly contact our customer service team in such events.

3.5 The User acknowledges that full freedom from errors or incompleteness is impossible to achieve with respect to computer software. The User undertakes to promptly notify the Company in writing of any error or incompleteness in the Company’s online gaming system which the User notices while accessing the Games. The User accepts that the Company may adjust the User’s account balance in the unlikely event of a software error which incorrectly rewards a prize to the User.

3.6 Participation in the Games is open to residents of legal age in a jurisdiction of residence, where the Games are not prohibited. Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the Games. The User warrants that the User's participation in the Games is personal and not professional.

3.7 Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any awarded winnings are the sole responsibility of User. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.

3.8 The User fully understands the standards and laws, as such standards and laws relate to the Games, of the community/legal jurisdiction where he/she is resident. The User has the complete and unrestricted legal right to participate in the Games and the User's participation in the Games is not prohibited by any government with proper jurisdiction.

3.9 The User has reached the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

3.10 Residents of the USA, Denmark, France and French territories, Turkey or residents in jurisdictions that prohibit online gambling cannot register as players with Gold Club Casino.

3.11 Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Games, prizes, web site, client application, the Company, and/or the company managing the Users internet gaming account, shall be governed by the laws of Malta, excluding choice of law principles.

3.12 The Company reserves the right to remove any game from its portfolio without prior notice.

3.13 The usage who uses unauthorized programs/ devices such as “bots”, or any other illegal software that gives the User unlawful advantages is not allowed. The Company reserves the right to immediately close the account of any User who uses unauthorized programs/ devices and to void all winnings from those accounts.

3.14 Please note that bets with no risk, i.e. the simultaneous bets on all red and black numbers in Roulette, will not count toward the wagering requirements of bonuses. In case a player will request a withdrawal, any remaining bonus amount will be automatically deducted from the players' account. In addition, the withdrawal of any funds from those accounts will be prevented during any technical and legal investigation that is a result of a suspected violation of this rule. The Casino reserves the right to void all winnings accrued by any violation of our Terms & Conditions.

3.15 Winnings and account balances in the ‘Practice Play mode’ mode have no commercial value whatsoever and are not redeemable for cash, credit or any other type of benefit.

3.16 Funds cannot be transferred from the account of one user to the account of another user.

3.17 The Company is not a financial institution therefore customers must not expect interests to be paid on their account balances.

3.18 Under the terms of international legislation aimed at the prevention of money laundering, Gold Club Casino is committed to ensure that instances of attempted money laundering are detected, prevented and reported to the appropriate authorities. Because of this, all transactions to and from user accounts on Gold Club Casino are monitored and recorded.

3.19 By opening an account with Gold Club Casino, the customer declares: that all funds used to deposit do not originate from illegal or criminal activity. The User acknowledges that it is unlawful to deposit funds obtained from ill-gotten means; any suspicious transaction will be reported to the respective authorities.

3.20 If no activity has been recorded on a User’s account for thirty (30) months, the account in question will be regarded as inactive and the Company will remit the balance in that account to the User, or if the User cannot be satisfactorily located, the funds will be remitted to the Lotteries & Gaming Authority (‘LGA’) in Malta.

3.21 Funds can be only be paid to a User via the same payment methods from which funds paid into the player’s account originated.

3.22 Once deposited, funds need to be used for at least one bet/ wager. Otherwise Gold Club Casino will impose a 1% fee upon withdrawal.

4 Privacy Policy

4.1 The user must submit the correct information during his registration. The user also agrees to update this information should there be any changes to his personal data provided. A player must register personally and in his/her own name.

4.2 In order to protect the User's funds, the Company may perform random security checks. The User hereby accepts that the Company have the right to demand additional documentation in order to verify the User in the event of such random security check.

4.3 The User accepts that any payment out of the User’s online gaming account to the User in the amount of two thousand Euros (€2,000) or higher, requires the verification of the User’s identity, age and place of residence.

4.4 The Company is committed to respecting the User’s privacy and to complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. All personal information supplied by the User will be handled according to the laws/ regulations of the Republic of Malta.
